At Esparto Deco, we want you to love your purchase in your own space. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free home trial on eligible items. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
– Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
– The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
– All original components must be included (instructions, accessories, inserts, etc.)
– Proof of purchase is required
Items returned damaged, altered, abused, or missing parts not due to our error may be ineligible for a refund or may receive a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable or digital products
– Perishable goods
– Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable)
– Clearance or final sale items
– Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
How to Start a Return:
Before sending anything back, you must contact Esparto Deco to request a Return Authorization.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without authorization, as it may delay or void your refund.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
Packaging Requirements:
– Please do not discard the original packaging.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit. Returns shipped without proper packaging may be damaged in transit and could become ineligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified by email of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued if:
– The item shows signs of use
– Packaging or components are missing
– The return is outside the 30-day window
– The item is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before returning the product.
